Title: Sales Manager / Product Manager (Macau – Medical Equipments)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote medical equipment products to assigned private clinics and hospitals
  • Manage and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and ensure efficiency
  • Provide first response to all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in cross-department to address any issues that may arise
  • Provide product training and service support to customers
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to execute promotions, displays and events
  •  

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience for medical products, of which at least 3 years in leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Clearness and understand of hospital procurement process, solid network with hospital staff is an advantage
  • Ability to make sound judgement, problem solving skill and strong analytical mind
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Frequency business travel to Macau
  • A good team player, self-motivated independent
Title: Medical Sales Specialist / Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target on medical consumable products, surgical instruments … etc.
  • Liaise with different business parties, identify potential customers
  • Explore and develop sales opportunities, maintain long-term business relationship
  • Actively participate in sales activities including customer needs, product knowledge, customer enquiries, follow-up services, sales presentation ….. etc.
  • Take part in sales exhibition and demonstration workshop

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Science / Medical / Business fields is preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience; diploma in relevant subjects with relevant working experience will be also considered
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Outgoing, presentable, aggressive, passion in medical devices industry
  • Compensation including basic salary plus attractive sales commission to offer

  • Participate in projects related to app development (IPad and Android), machine interface, automation, and data transmission.
  • Work closely with colleagues and the development team to ensure projects are well implemented smoothly and met with quality.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their need and concern, and convey the messages to manufacturers.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computing or equivalent disciplines
  • Experience in Medical field is an advantage
  • A good team player with positive thinking, flexible and attentive to detail and well organized

    • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and willing to learn
